Top 100 Graduate Employers is the company's flagship guide and 2008 will see its tenth edition. After starting out as a Cambridge publication, it is now distributed nationally to the UK's top 25 universities. Our Top Law Employers guide is also distributed nationwide.

Seb Donovan graduated from Cambridge with a Masters Degree in Theoretical Physics. After a spell of teaching in Ottawa, Canada he worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at Lazard, an Investment Bank. Following working on deals in the media and chemicals sectors, he took over the running of Topemployers in 2005. Out of work he plays too much squash, has an insatiable appetite for skiing and more recently got hooked on kitesurfing.

Saleem Arif studied for his BA in Economics at Cambridge – where he started the Topemployers brand. Upon graduating he joined Merrill Lynch in their equities division and going on to gain an MBA from the London Business School. Saleem continues to advise the firm on strategic issues. His interests include property, travel and football.
