with business objectives. To help support
you in achieving this, we have a number
of structured development programmes in
place, designed to help you realise your full
potential. For example, you may undertake a
modular Business and Personal Development
programme at the London Business School
(EGDP); it may be that you attend a fully
comprehensive ExxonMobil specific training
school at the Thunderbird University in USA,
or complete formal and informal training
initiatives within your specific function. This
thorough and tailored approach to managing
development has proved to be very successful
and rewarding.
