Branch Management Trainee Programme
This programme although not exclusive to graduates offers a training course which lasts up to 2 1/2 years. You will work closely with an Area Manager and learn the fundamentals behind Financial Services and begin learning how to be a high achieving leader. Through accredited training courses you will become mortgage authorised.
After completing the programme you will then be able to choose where to take your career as we have branches right across the UK.
Ashley Price, Head of the Branch Network also joined YBS as a Branch Management Trainee and he sees the benefit that this type of course offers.
