We recruit high-calibre, talented graduates
and post-graduates into the HR and actuarial

and Risk and Financial Services groups.
Human Capital Group
Change Implementation (HR consulting) -
delivers solutions and builds on the strength
of its outstanding client relationships and
leading-edge thinking to help organisations

organisations become more effective in
achieving their business aims.
Executive Compensation and Rewards (HR

of executive and non-executive director
compensation programmes. We work with
them to design, implement, communicate and
manage compensation programmes that focus
both executives and senior management on
key business goals.
Towers Perrin-ISR (HR consulting) - the
global research business of Towers Perrin,
helps companies gain insights into the views
of their critical stakeholders - employees,
senior leaders and customers - and use
these insights to shape people strategies and
programs that align organisational culture,
employee behaviour, customer behaviour and
financial results.
Retirement Financial Management (Actuarial
consulting) - Retirement Financial
Management actuaries work within the
Employee Benefit Services group and provide
actuarial advice to help organisations design
and manage pension schemes and benefit
plans.

to the insurance industry.
We help clients with issues related to mergers,
acquisitions and restructuring; financial

What can we offer you?
We offer you an exciting and challenging
career, where you will work with a variety
of colleagues and clients. You will be given
every encouragement to develop your career,
both by formal development and involvement
in a wide variety of client assignments.
Structured Training
Our actuarial analysts work towards
qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute or
Faculty of Actuaries, while our HR consulting
practices support the attainment of relevant
professional qualifications, such as CIPD,
MBA, MFin, ATII and CFA.

In your early years you will take on increasingly
testing roles, involving more client contact as
well as supervisory roles. We have many skillbased
workshops which cover areas such as
oral and written communication, marketing,
selling, management and leadership. All will
equip you to meet the challenges of a career
in consulting.
Career Development
Progress can be fast! You will be encouraged
to develop those skills which best suit your
particular talents and ambitions. The career
structure of the firm rewards merit and
achievement in both personal development
and examination success rather than length
of service.

interest in all the legislative, economic and
social developments that affect our clients.
