Human Capital Group
Change Implementation (HR consulting) -

of its outstanding client relationships and
leading-edge thinking to help organisations

both executives and senior management on

culture, employee behaviour, customer
behaviour and financial results.

Management actuaries work within the
Employee Benefit Services group and
provide actuarial advice to help organisations
design and manage pension schemes and

What can we offer you?
We offer you an exciting and challenging
career, where you will work with a variety
of colleagues and clients. You will be given
every encouragement to develop your career,
both by formal development and involvement
in a wide variety of client assignments.
Structured Training
Our actuarial analysts work towards
qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute
or Faculty of Actuaries, while our HR
consulting practices support the attainment
of relevant professional qualifications, such
as CIPD, MBA, MFin, ATII and CFA.

In your early years you will take on increasingly
testing roles, involving more client contact as
well as supervisory roles. We have many skillbased
workshops which cover areas such as
oral and written communication, marketing,
selling, management and leadership. All will
equip you to meet the challenges of a career
in consulting.
Career Development
Progress can be fast! You will be encouraged
to develop those skills which best suit your
particular talents and ambitions. The career
structure of the firm rewards merit and
achievement in both personal development
and examination success rather than length
of service.

interest in all the legislative, economic and
social developments that affect our clients.
