Our requirements
You will need to have a genuine interest in investment, a forward thinking attitude and an ability to look at things from a different angle. We look for ambitious graduates with a strong academic record, including a 2:1 honours degree or above/equivalent.

The recruitment process consists of an online application, online ability tests, telephone interviews and assessment centres. The content depends on your chosen business area, but will involve getting closer to the appropriate business team and meeting the people you'll be working with, including senior management.
