Overview
Park Square (www.parksquarecapital.com)
is one of the largest independent providers of
mezzanine finance and other credit products
in Europe, with approximately €3 billion
of capital under management across three
investment funds. We seek to differentiate
ourselves on the quality and depth of our
investment and risk analysis, pursuing a
highly selective and disciplined approach
to investing built on fundamental credit
analysis.
Our investment programmes are managed by
the firm's seven partners and two principals;
each with a significant level of expertise and
experience in private equity and corporate
finance.
Park Square invests in both the primary and
secondary leveraged loan markets. We have
an ability to invest across the capital structure
of leveraged buyouts; we were the lead
investors for the largest Euro-denominated
and the largest Sterling-denominated
Mezzanine transactions in Europe.
Inclusive team culture
Since inception, we have focused on
establishing a cohesive, team-orientated
culture to promote a single investment ethos.
This inclusive team culture and our flat
organisational structure provide an excellent
forum for individuals to learn from colleagues
and to distinguish themselves.
Unique opportunity
Park Square's two year analyst program
offers outstanding graduates an opportunity
to join the investment team of an innovative
and leading buy side financial institution and
gain significant investment experience. Our
analysts work on transactions covering a wide
range of countries and sectors, interacting
on a daily basis with senior members of the
investment team.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a small number of
exceptional graduates to join the firm as
analysts. Candidates are expected to have
strong academic credentials, well developed
communication skills, a high level of
intellectual curiosity, a demonstrable interest
in investing and an understanding of financial
statements and financial modelling.
