About the Fellowship Program

To meet changing client needs, WPP has developed a Fellowship Program. Its aim: to develop high-calibre management talent with experience across a range of marketing disciplines. We are looking for people who are intellectually curious and motivated by the prospect of delivering high-quality communications services to their clients.

The Program is unique in its multidisciplinary approach and is designed to complement the recruitment activities of individual WPP companies. Group companies include JWT, Ogilvy & Mather, Y&R, Grey, United, GroupM, Maxus, Mindshare, MEC, MediaCom, Millward Brown, TNS, Kantar, OgilvyOne Worldwide, Wunderman, OgilvyAction, Hill & Knowlton, Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, Burson- Marsteller, Cohn & Wolfe, Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide, Sudler & Hennessey, ghg, Landor, Fitch, The Brand Union and G2 among others.

Their specialist skills include advertising; media investment management; consumer insight; public relations & public affairs; branding & identity; healthcare communications; direct, digital, promotion & relationship marketing; and specialist communications. They are all in business to contribute to the success of their clients. And they do so through a demanding combination of flair and slog; intuition and logic; left brain and right brain.

We are offering a number of WPP Marketing Fellowships. The Fellowship comprises three one-year rotations with WPP companies, with each rotation chosen on the basis of the individual's interests and the Group's needs. The multi-disciplinary rotation is unique in the industry and grooms future leaders in the range of marketing needs of our clients. On completion of the Program, we work to find a position in the Group that takes advantage of the broad experience gained during the rotational Program. Fellows are likely to work in a client management or planning role. Career paths will vary and will depend on the particular skills and aptitude of each individual and the companies selected for the Program rotation. In some cases, there will be an opportunity to work in more than one country.
