Our Graduate Programmes
Join our Business Graduate Programme and
you will enjoy three eight-month placements
across the Group over two years. Gaining
experience in areas as varied as finance and
customer service, you will quickly establish
your potential as one of our future business
leaders.
Our Marketing Graduate Programme also
involves three eight-month placements in
areas ranging from strategic marketing to
group brand activities. This will help you
decide which area of marketing you want
to concentrate on when you complete the
programme.
Our IT Graduate Programme will develop
your business and technical skills across the
whole IT development cycle within AXA.
Three eight-month placements in different
functional and technical areas will give you
the ability to choose the area you eventually
want to focus on.
Our Actuarial Student Programme aims
to produce actuaries who can thrive in our
rapidly evolving environment. We'll support
you in becoming a qualified actuary with
generous study leave, ongoing development
and regular performance appraisals and
feedback.
We also offer an Actuarial Sandwich Scheme
that allows students to join us on placements
of up to 12 months. Successful applicants
will have the opportunity to fast track their
applications for the full Actuarial Student
Programme.
All of our graduate programmes come
with the support of Placement Managers, a
mentor, a buddy, a Career Development Plan,
and the opportunity to study for a further
qualification.
