Our Graduate Development Schemes are accredited by: Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Institution of Engineering Technology, Institution of Chemical Engineers, Royal Society of Chemistry and the Institution of Physics.

As a Graduate Trainee you will be registered on the appropriate Institution's Monitored Development Scheme to enable you to obtain chartered status at the earliest opportunity.

We will pay for your institution fees throughout your employment with us and in addition, you will be enrolled as a member of the Nuclear Institute (YGN member).

You will be assigned a Mentor for the duration of your development scheme, and beyond and our training will comprise of a combination of on-the-job, formal courses and lectures and following formal graduate training we will continue you to support your career development via in-house, external or further education opportunities to help you maintain your professional competence.

Our Graduates must be eligible to work in the UK and must be geographically mobile and hold a current UK driving licence. We have our HQ offices at Knutsford and Warrington with offices in Cumbria, Gloucester and Berkshire.
