Currently we are looking to recruit 50
trainees to commence training in September
2010/March 2011. Show us evidence of a

provide you with everything you need to
become a successful member of our firm.
Our training programme is constantly
evolving to build the skills you will need
to be successful in the fast moving world
of international business. We provide
experience in a range of areas of law and a
balanced approach to gaining the knowledge,
expertise and abilities you will need to
qualify in the practice area of your choice.
Our trainees sit with either a partner or an
associate and you will quickly find yourself
at the centre of the action and that your legal
and overall professional skills are growing
daily. Our six month seat system enables you
to gain hands on experience in four different
areas of our business, working with other
lawyers, gaining knowledge in different
service areas and dealing with our all
important clients.
We run two summer vacation schemes and
several open days and workshops throughout
the year. These opportunities provide a
unique insight into working life at Simmons
& Simmons and enable you to get a genuine
feel of the firm. You will also gain a
comprehensive picture of life in a dynamic
international law firm and gain first-hand
experience of a legal working environment,
our service areas and the kind of deals and
transactions we work on.
