Business Analysts to constantly drive our

for 15 exceptional graduates to fill these
roles and join our award-winning teams in
Nottingham.
The roles
Business analysts are thinkers and strategists.
So your role will be to identify ways to
optimise our business and come up with
ideas that'll shape the future our industry.
To do that, you'll have access to in-depth
information about customer behaviour, and
support from some of the brightest senior
people in the industry.

Who we're looking for
For us, personality is just as important as
performance. So to join Capital One, you'll
need to be someone who can get on with
everyone from the CEO to the receptionist.
We also look for people with leadership
potential, and the passion and enthusiasm to
get things done. On the academic side, you'll
need a 2:1 or above in a numerate subject and
A, B, B grades at A-Level (or equivalent),
preferably including Maths.
Salary and Benefits
Our competitive base salary starts at £32,000.
And that's just for starters. We also offer
a generous £5,000 signing on bonus, an
annual performance-related bonus, great non-contributory

trips.
