We believe our non-hierarchical management
style and “one firm” culture make us unique.
The firm has a long history of teamwork and
collegiality and associates are encouraged to
play a part in the firm's management through
participation on a number of committees.
Every one of our small group of trainees
receives bespoke supervision and outstanding
support while being encouraged to recognise
that they have their own part to play in the
growth and success of the firm. Every trainee
is given meaningful responsibility during
each of their four six-month seats and will
have significant legal experience on
qualification.
We are looking for candidates with a strong
academic background, excellent communication
skills and a consistent record of personal
and/or professional achievement. They will
be rewarded with first class training and will
also be given the opportunity to spend one of
their seats in an overseas office.
We offer a two-week vacation scheme at
Easter for non-law students and a two-week

students. The deadline for 2009 Easter
scheme applications is 31st December 2008
and the deadline for 2009 summer scheme
applications is 31st January 2009.
