company and functional induction, which will
include giving you first hand experience of
our impressive product line-up. Our Graduate
Development Programme will help you to
develop your personal and professional skills
through a series of learning opportunities
during your first couple of years with Jaguar
Land Rover.
In addition, we offer a range of specific support
within each part of our business. For example,
as an Engineer, you will be assigned a mentor
to support you in achieving Chartered status.
And wherever you work in our business,

an individual learning and development plan
in conjunction with your manager. In short,

develop your potential to the full.

Product Development Engineering

Here, you'll be looking after two of the

everything from the formulation of vehicle
concepts through to world-class customer
service and support.
Manufacturing Engineering
Our manufacturing engineers design quality,
robustness and human factors into each step
of their process, as well as utilising new
materials and technology in some of the most
advanced 'lean production' facilities in the
world.
Finance
We offer varied work across profit planning,
manufacturing operations, product development
and sales, making it an ideal platform for a
rewarding business career.
Human Resources
You could be involved in a wide variety
of specialist and generalist HR activities,
from people development to providing line
management with operational support.
Purchasing
As a business we purchase billions of pounds
of materials and services each year. By
identifying and negotiating contracts that
satisfy all our stringent requirements, our
purchasing professionals have a decisive
impact on the continued excellence of our
