We are the premier lobbying organisation for
UK business on national and international
issues. We work with the UK government,
international legislators and policymakers to
help UK businesses compete effectively.
CBI provide representation, networking and
support for its member firms who collectively
employ over 4 million people and comprise
over 80% of the FTSE top 100 firms.
What we can offer you
CBI is active in over 80 policy areas from
climate change, corporate law, tax and
innovation to pensions, employment law,
education and transport. You name it, we
cover it. You will get the opportunity to be

CBI is also committed to continual
professional development with excellent
training opportunities available for all
individuals. Indeed, many existing CBI
graduates have benefi tted from undertaking
Masters qualifi cations in particular areas of

What it's like working with us
CBI employs over 200 staff in offi ces across
the UK, Brussels, Beijing, Washington and
Delhi giving both a UK and international
reach. CBI is a unique place to work with
