Our Graduate Scheme…..
We have recently developed a new in-house programme whereby graduates skills, experience and qualifications are specific to departments who have potential future middle-management gaps and difficulty recruiting thereby assisting with succession planning.
The contract encompasses a 2 year placement in a specific area and each graduate will look to go into an established post within the 2nd year of their placement, therefore creating a ‘grow your own' scheme.
The structure allows for development, with a clear ladder of progression identified from the beginning including a post-graduate qualification specific to the work of the department, regular supervision sessions and monthly corporate graduate days which encompasses training days and corporate projects.
This corporate programme contributes to the wider organisation by ensuring suitable specialised candidates for future middle-management roles.
