Your development
Graduates recruited by Oracle will participate in a structured development programme during their first 18 months with the company.Year one of the programme facilitates the transition from University to the working environment. Phase 2 of the programme involves the application of skills and responsibilities relevant to your role and planning your next steps with Oracle. In addition we want to ensure you get to know each other as a group you will have the opportunity to attend Graduate Days across your region.
