HR Services
Our Retirement Financial Management
actuaries work within the Firm's Employee
Benefit Services group. The distinguishing

technologies to market quickly.
Tillinghast
Tillinghast provides global actuarial and
management consulting to insurance and
financial services companies and advises
other organisations on risk financing and
self-insurance. We help our clients with
issues related to: mergers, acquisitions and
restructuring; financial and regulatory
reporting; risk, capital and value management;
products, markets and distribution; and
financial modelling software solutions.

Structured Training
You will work towards qualifying as a Fellow

Who are we looking for?
You will be expected to reach the technical
standards quickly, while taking an active
interest in all the legislative, economic and
social developments that affect our clients.
You should, therefore, expect to achieve a
1st or 2:1 Honours degree and have high
A level grades (340 UCAS points), including
at least a grade B in mathematics.
