Undergraduates and postgraduates join us
as Associate Consultants, integral members
of project teams from the outset. In our
small teams – smaller-than-average for
consultancies – Associates enjoy unrivalled
early exposure to senior management and
strategic issues. We strive to maximise the
variety of issues, industries, countries and
people to which you are exposed. From day
one, you will contribute at the highest level to
the analysis, the thought process and the
client relationship.

You will learn from working closely with
experienced members of the team and
directly with clients: there is no back-room
army slogging away at OC&C. Although
project work is the most valuable training,
your formal training will include our annual
International Training Week, where you have
the opportunity to meet colleagues from our
European offices. OC&C is a genuine
