The Unilever Graduate Leadership Programme

The Unilever Graduate Leadership Programme is designed to help you reach senior management as soon as possible. You'll join one of our UK operating companies in your chosen career area and you'll have a real job with key deliverables and responsibilities from the outset. The following will give you a taste of what to expect:
  • Your first two years usually comprise of four placements and you will need to be mobile to get the breadth of experience required.

  • Excellent training covering leadership development, general business and professional skills.

  • Full support to gain Chartered status or relevant professional qualifications. Our accredited training programmes include CIMA, IMechE, IChemE and IEE.

  • A strong support network including a buddy, mentor and your HR Contact, as well as ongoing coaching from your line manager.

Our high-quality training programmes will help you develop the expertise and personal qualities you'll need in order to achieve your career goals. There's a vast range of opportunities at Unilever, you just have to seize them. You'll only be limited by your own ambitions and desire to succeed.
