Training
Our training programmes are designed to cover all aspects of retail management and will allow you to expand your knowledge, stretch your talent, rise to the challenge and discover skills you never knew you had. We learn from doing and believe that all our managers should have a full understanding of the challenges placed upon the people they manage. All of our managers begin their training from store level. This way they can truly understand how to run a successful business.
Our training programmes can take a new recruit from learning how to operate a till to having the responsibility of running a multi-million pound district of up to five stores and leading a team of more than 100 people.
Through our training programmes and support networks we can spot talented individuals and give them the recognition and responsibility they deserve at an early stage. However, career progression is the direct result of making the most of the opportunities offered.
