Banking and Finance team, as I will be
moving to this department for my final seat
before I qualify. We discuss the nature of the
work that I will be involved with, including
assisting on property finance and acquisition
finance transactions, acting mostly for banks
who will be lending money to a range of
companies and developers. I will be helping
to put in place the legal documentation to
secure the loan facilities that the banks will
be providing.
4.30pm – I make calls to two experts and a
medical agency to check on the progress of
reports they are preparing on clients, and also
confirm an appointment for some MRI scans

Irwin .... .... my
own case load, becoming more familiar with
the process of running a claim and have even
negotiated a pleasing settlement on my first
case. The client showed his appreciation
through the touching gesture of coming to
the office and presenting me with a box of
chocolates. Achieving a satisfactory outcome
for the client is a real achievement and makes
all of the time and effort you have put in to
the case worthwhile.
In terms of where I see my future career, I
