Lets get it on

I need you to commit. I need you to realise that we need something new. I think we need a new agenda. I think we need to question ourselves, the systems and think about how we change and improve.

This is my first post and I want this to be a place where my colleagues come to put their points across and seek debate on the issues that affect us all. I don't want to preach. I want to create debate. I want to start something new.

I want you to come along for the journey. I want you to think about things in a new way. Why has it always been this way? Is this the best way?

Having worked in the industry for about 4 years, I don't have the answers. I have many questions.

So, I'll be back soon, but in the meantime, spend a moment thinking about this industry, the economy that it fits in with, the way that our department fits in with organisations, how we are perceived and how we perceive others. Think about the fact that we can change things. Those few moments on the tube, on the bus, driving in the car, going to work- why do we do it? Is there a better way? If so, lets try and get there.
