Irene spent 3 years with Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant and currently works as a Senior Finance Manager for the Marriott Hotel Chain. Whilst at Deloitte, she saved the company £4M through a restructuring of their retail operations. She has over a decade of experience in delivering business process solutions across a range of markets, including firms such as Robert Bosch, Outokumpu and Morgan Franklin. Irene holds an MBA from Chicago Business School, and a BSc in Engineering.
