Over a 20 year trading career, Keynes has held positions which include Managing Director at J.P. Morgan-Chase and Section Head - Trading at a major international bank. He has generated trading revenues in excess of $500m and held individual positions up to $175bn notional. His various responsibilities have included proprietary trading and building portfolio management teams. His specialities include multi-currency arbitrage, fixed income, US Treasuries, Eurodollar futures and options trading. Keynes holds an MBA from Chicago Business School, a BS from Wharton, and is CFA and CFP.

Well let's see. For the first time in 7 years the U.K. couldn't find enough buyers for its Gilt auction so it failed. In the USA, treasury bills are trading at NEGATIVE rates today which means investors are so afraid of losing their principal that they are willing to PAY the gov't to hold on to their money.
